Hello,

I purchased a postal exam study guide from your ace the postal exam website. At the time of the purchase, I, like millions of Americans was on a job search, looking for a career will security and benefits. I came across your site by clicking on a link for job openings in the Post Offices in my area. It seemed attractive. When I learned of your product, my impression was that you were the official source for the USPS, disseminating study guides for the Postal Exam to help people get jobs. I was reluctant to read the fine print. When I purchased the product for $40 I thought I was buying something that was mandatory to pass the exam. I was wrong. It’s not that I don’t appreciate your service, nor I am negating my responsibility as a consumer to be knowledgable of my purchase. I do take responsibility, but I am going to have to request a refund. I found a job, and am not in need of this service. However, like millions of Americans, I am in need of the extra money. Thank you!

I am writing this letter to inform you that I paid for the exam. $39.99. And each time I go in the site to see available job openings, it takes me back to the payment site. I need a job that is why I paid for this service and I can not get any job listing for Delaware. What do I do now.
